Deleting your data

Last updated September 30, 2026

Manibooking is operated by That Nails Technologies LLC. This page explains how to have the information we hold about you deleted, and what happens when you do.

Messages and comments you sent a salon on Facebook or Instagram

If you messaged a nail salon on Facebook Messenger or Instagram, or commented on one of its posts, and that salon uses Manibooking, we hold that conversation or comment on the salon's behalf. There are two ways to have it deleted:

  • From Facebook: open Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Manibooking, and remove it. Facebook tells us, and we delete the conversation. Facebook shows you a confirmation code; keep it if you want to ask us about the request.
  • By email: write to support@manibooking.com from the account you messaged from, or tell us the salon and roughly when you wrote. We delete it and reply to confirm.

Deleting removes the whole conversation - what you wrote and what the salon replied - and any comments of yours we hold, from Manibooking. It does not delete the copy Facebook or Instagram keeps in your own inbox, and it does not cancel an appointment you booked.

Your Manibooking account and appointments

To have your account, your appointment history and your contact details deleted, email support@manibooking.com from the address on the account. We delete what we can and tell you what we have to keep - a salon's own record of a past appointment, for example, or the record of an SMS opt-out, which we keep so we do not text you again.

How long it takes

A request from Facebook is acted on as soon as we receive it. A request by email is done within 30 days, usually the same week.
